African American churches play a vital role in responding to health disparities that cause unacceptably high rates of illness and mortality in Black communities. Our faith communities must be equipped with the latest knowledge and methods needed to improve the health status of our families and neighbors.

The Healthy Churches 2030 Roadmap Tour prepares pastors, ministers, health directors, coordinators, nurses, and church members in the areas of disease state awareness, disease management, and disease prevention.

Driven by the principles of Healthy People 2030, an initiative of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Roadmap Tour offers a unique blend of preaching and teaching guaranteed to improve the capacity of your health ministry to make a difference for church members and the surrounding community.
